We're thrilled to have you onboard! Installing and activating EliteCart is a straightforward process. If you get stuck - just reach out to us.
View EliteCart on the Shopify App Store. (Just click here).
Click “Install”.
Confirm that we can access some of your store data, which is required for the app to work.
After EliteCart is successfully installed on your Shopify Store, the app will automatically open. Otherwise, navigate to the “Apps” section in the menu on the left side. Click on “Apps”, then select “Elite Cart & Upsell”.
Next, we recommend that you start your free trial, which you can do by clicking Your Plan in the left-hand menu. You can also explore the app and design your cart first, but you won't be able to activate the app in any theme until you have started a subscription.
We charge by order volume. That means that the price will flexibly scale based on the amount of orders you process in a given 30-day period. E.g. the moment you cross 500 monthly orders, we will charge an additional sum as specified under “Your Plan”.
Note that when subscribing, Shopify asks you to accept a usage charge allowance. But you are not being charged that amount, unless you reach the respective monthly orders as specified above.
Once you’ve confirmed the plan , you’ll get back to our app and can activate the app. You can always see how much time of your trial is left on the Your Plan page.

For the drawer cart to become visible in your store (i.e. for your customers), you must activate the app in your theme. You can activate it in any of your themes independently (and in multiple at the same time) without any extra charges.
Main Theme: If you wish to activate it in your main theme, just click the button labeled “Activate EliteCart”. Clicking this will take you to your Theme Customizer. Don't worry, the app will automatically identify your theme and set itself up. Just remember to click Save in the upper right corner when you're done, and then close the builder.
Other Theme: If you wish to instead activate it in a different theme, e.g. to test it before going live, just open the Theme Customizer of the respective theme, go to the “Embedded Apps” section on the left, and activate EliteCart.
Once you have activated EliteCart in your main theme, you will see a green confirmation message saying “EliteCart is active.”
You can always deactivate EliteCart in the theme customizer. By doing that, you will immediately go back to showing your theme's standard cart.
